The CVHS Band Boosters organization is a group of volunteers (band & guard parents) that are dedicated to the Chippewa Valley Band program - and these volunteers are the HEART of the whole program! Without our generous volunteers, this organization wouldn't be possible.
Anyone at least 18 years of age and not currently enrolled as a student in CVHS that is interested in development of the Instrumental Music Department at Chippewa Valley High School is eligible for membership. All parents and legal guardians of CVHS Instrumental Music program students are automatically booster members. The purpose of the Boosters is to develop and maintain an enthusiastic interest in the band program. In doing so we try to lend all possible support (morally, financially and physically being there to help out) to the school's instrumental music (band) program. We participate with and support all aspects of the band program including the multiple Concert bands, Marching Bands, Guard and Drumline units. It takes a large effort by the students to prepare and perform the many shows and competitions that they perform in each year. By the same token it takes a lot of backup support from the boosters organization to keep it running smooth. We have Booster meetings on a regular basis during the school year to discuss the many events and activities. If at any time you have a question or concern regarding the band program, the boosters, an event, or a fundraiser, please do not hesitate to contact any of the Executive Board Members. Booster ScheduleBooster meetings are typically held on the first wednesday of each month in the Chippewa Valley High School band room.
