Fundraising

The fundraising for Chippewa Valley Instrumental music is run by the parents and supporters of the program. As an organization we rely solely on the generosity of our booster supporters to find/organize/manage the fundraising campaigns needed to keep our organization strong and vibrant. We attempt to budget for a certain number of events/fundraisers throughout the year in order to provide the resources that a strong program requires, but we cannot accomplish those fundraising goals without your help!  PLEASE consider how you can step in to help raise the funds we need, then volunteer!

We have General Fund fundraising which will benefit the entire band and guard. Fundraisers can be large events such as Invitationals or Craft Shows or can be smaller fundraiser events such as tag days, 3-digit lottery, restaurant dinner nights out. No matter the size of the fundraiser they all contribute to our group and are needed each year to keep us going.

In addition we offer Student Account fundraising that directly benefits your child's individual account. These fundraisers include: Entertainment books, cookie sales, pie sales, Parisian coupons, bottle and can drives, etc. The funds raised from these fundraisers are directly deposited into the band accounts of students that participated.  Student Accounts can be used to pay for any Music related expenses that the student may have such as instrument repairs, lessons, band trips, etc...

BINGO

Bingo remains our band program's BIGGEST FUNDRAISER. Please see the bingo page for details.

Current Fundraisers

Entertainment Books

Kick-off begins in September. Each student is asked to sell at least two entertainment books each. $20 per entertainment book ($5 goes directly to that student's account). Books will be handed out during band class (additional books can be picked-up in either band room).    Click me for more information...

Parisian Fundraiser is Back!

Parisian was such a good fundraiser for us, we are going to do it again! The more you participate, the more you earn! As with the last time, Parisian stores are participating in a community day event on November 13, 2010 that will allow us to raise funds to support our Instrumental music program. By selling coupon booklets, Parisian gets good advertisement and traffic in the store and we get to keep 100% of the money raised!! Click Me for more information...
