The Chippewa Valley High School Band Boosters are pleased to invite you to participate in our craft fair events.
Our 31st Annual Fall / Holiday Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2025.
The event will take place at Chippewa Valley High School from 9:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
The Craft Fair will benefit all Chippewa Valley High School Band programs.

Fall fair show details:
SPACE AND TABLE SIZE: Space size will be 10’ x 6’ for $85.00 and 20’ x 6’ for $160.00 You may provide your own tables or rent them from us for $15.00 per table. Rented tables are 8’ x 30”. Two chairs can be provided for each registered crafter at no cost (pending availability). Electrical can be provided at many spaces for an additional $5 - spaces with electrical are limited. It is suggested that you provide some type of covering for all tables. Please see application for all pricing details.
CRAFTER SET UP: Saturday, November 14, 2026 – 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. Please do not arrive prior to 7:00 a.m. The doors will not be open until then. The show will start at 9:30 a.m. sharp and will end at 4:00 p.m. Participants dismantling their display before 4:00 p.m. will not be invited back to future CVHS shows.
RELIEF INFORMATION: relief persons will be available for you should you need to take a break or eat lunch.
EXHIBITORS: Exhibitors are responsible for their own Michigan State Sales Tax. Please leave your booth area clean at the end of the show. There shall be no raffles or tickets sold by the exhibitors. Anyone doing otherwise will not be asked to return to our future events.
BOOTH RESERVATION: Registration will be made electronically online at a link provided on the top of this page. By registering, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the link also provided at the top of this page. If you are unable to make payments electronically or have any custom requests, please contact our email address at [email protected]. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be held from all applicant-requested refunds. The Boosters reserve the right to final approval of all booth merchandise and displays.
**Since we are now a 501c3 charitable organization, any donation over and above the booth rental may be tax deductible; please consult your tax professional for details and specific tax advice. **
PARKING: Free parking will be available. Exhibitors will have designated parking areas. It is very important that crafters move their cars after unloading. We want to make it as convenient as possible for the shoppers to park.
FOOD: Vouchers for a free bagel/donut and coffee will be distributed with your exhibitor check-in packet on the day of the show and may be used from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. in the cafeteria. Lunch and snacks will be sold in the cafeteria until 3:00 p.m.
**New this year, we will be taking prepaid, preorders for a limited lunch menu. These will be delivered directly to crafter booths.
ADVERTISING: Newspapers, social media, flyers, posters, street signs and more. Visit our Facebook page, ‘Chippewa Valley Band Boosters Craft Show’, and advertise your craft. Send the link to all your family and friends.
CONFIRMATIONS: An email will be sent to confirm reservations approximately 1 month from the event. Payments are expected at the time of application - and can be cancelled until Oct 1st for a $10 cancellation fee. After Oct 1, no cancellations will be accepted.
