Parisian stores are hosting a Community Day event that will allow students to earn some money for their student accounts. We are selling coupon booklets for $5 each (now until Feb. 27th). The coupon books are only vaild on Community Day (Feb 27th). Students get 100% of the profit. The coupon books come in groups of twenty. If you sell twenty books, you earn $100 for your account. Entertainment Books

Each student is asked to sell at least two entertainment books each. The cost is $20 per entertainment book. $5 goes directly to that student's account per book. Books will be handed out during band class. Any additional books can be signed-out by students in either band room. Return all money collected to the fundraising boxes in either band room. Please make checks payable to CVHS Band Boosters. Please return any unsold books to either band room. MAKE SURE BOOKS ARE CLEARLY MARKED WITH STUDENT'S NAME WHEN RETURNED. 3-Digit Match

-See the winning number on the CVHS Calendar, or look them up on the Michigan Lottery Past Winners site (lookup the "Daily 3 Evening" game!)
This is an easy way to raise funds for the Band Program. With strong participation, there is a potential to raise $8,000 for our band with each 3-digit match we run. Families are asked to sell a group of ten calendars. They are on sale now through the end of May for $10 each. Matching begins June 1st with the Michigan Lottery Daily 3 (evening draw). If the number at the top of your calendar matches the Daily 3, then you win the prize stated on that day (either $50, $75, or $100). Sell calendars to friends, families, co-workers, etc. Anyone can play!! Please contact Karen Pietryka at pietryka4@wideopenwest.com for more information.

Barnes & Noble Bookfair

The CVHS Band Boosters are hosting a Bookfair with Barnes & Noble on Saturday & Sunday, November 21st & 22nd. This is a great chance for students, family and friends to browse the Barnes & Noble store on Hall Road while supporting our CVHS bands. The Band Boosters will receive a percentage of sales made by our supporters. When you shop at the store on our Bookfair days, mention that you are supporting the CVHS Band Boosters or show them the Voucher on the left and we'll get credit for the sale.
Aren't looking for a book? The purchase of magazines, CDs, DVDs, games, and puzzles all benefit our kids! Practically the whole store is part of the Bookfair. Buy a Christmas gift or two and support the Band Boosters. Stop in at the café and mention to your server you support the CVHS Band Boosters and your beverage & snack purchases will also be counted in our sales.
Contributions to us range from 10% up to 20% of the purchase price based on the amount of total sales during the bookfair. The more we purchase the greater the contribution!
On Saturday during the Bookfair, the band boosters are sponsoring the following additional activities:
- Video display of past performances
- Free Gift wrapping of purchases (donations accepted)
- 11am Solo performance
- 2pm PEP Band performance
If you can't make it to the Barnes & Noble store on Hall Road, don't worry your sales can also be counted in our Bookfair by mentioning to the sales clerk at your local store that you're supporting the CVHS Band Boosters Bookfair and show them the Voucher (or give them our BookFair ID# 10041044).
The donations & funds raised during the Bookfair are used by the Band Boosters organization to support all instrumental music at Chippewa Valley High School which includes our Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, Marching Band, WinterGuard, & Winter Drumline.
